Jason Balaban is President of ADINC/j.Kaplan Advertising in Bergen County, NJ. Since his appointment in 1991, he has guided it through countless market conditions while transforming it into the leading real estate agency in the state. Their 100 + clients include national and regional leaders.

Gordon Feinberg received a BS degree from Northeastern University and an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. In 1992, Gordon founded GSF Design, a cutting-edge web design firm and has completed the director's program at the New York Film Academy.
